Scheids DV's.. CRAZY!!!

Piers, Schieds, Haisley and others all deal with big DV's.....any shop into P-pumps should be able to provide some big DV's......FWIW, DV's are only for P7100 pumped CTD's......they have nothing to do with the VP44 on 24v's.

Wow, this sounds like a good upgrade... If you can get the low end without the big injectors I would be all for that.
I would think you could use the zero boost and spring starwheel adjustments to control the smoke to any level you wish.
Hmmmm...

You can use the AFC spring tension adjustment to a point to help with low boost smoke when using big DV's but inevitably, you will have more low boost smoke when you stomp on it.....if you tune all the smoke out, you won't have a very large power increase from the DV's. Also, from my experience, I would not turn the zero boost screw out any further than stock as you will notice a power loss off idle.

I have alot of other mods to do first, but this seems like a nice step before getting the big injectors.
I have had to move the zero boost setting in after the plate install and AFC spring install. The instructions for the AFC spring were to back it out, but I found just as you said, the off the line punch was gone. I have since gone in about 2 turns to get it so I can leave the line with some respectable pull.
Thanks CTD..
