I'd offer $400 for the used set or save up a bit more and get a new set built from Scheids. New, this used set probly was $700-$800 from them. They start with new tips to EDM. Get Brad's advise on whether 5x16's or 5x18's will get you the HP you want.

The box may say one thing but they might have been chagned at Schied's. I was thinking about getting a set of injectors from them and wouldn't hesitate if I had the money. I think for the money they are some of the best injectors out there. They will take a set of stock injectors and make the holes bigger or something. I haven't heard of anything wrong with them. Just make sure to have them checked out though.

The flow of the injectors will be more closely related to the cross-sectional area of the holes than a linear measurement like the diameter. Of course, you've still got the injector internals, radii in transitions into the spray holes, injector body mods, etc that are all going to affect how much fuel they flow. BigBadDodge put down 865 rwhp, IIRC, with 5x.014's, so don't underestimate even the 'smaller' sizes of injectors...
$500 seems like a good price to me. I'd send 'em back to Scheid's for a general checkup and pop-testing; if everything checks out, but 'em. Keep in mind that you might need more air to burn all the fuel, though.

OK, guys the guy selling them agreed to send them to Scheids to get them tested and looked over, and since he works in terre houte they're getting check right now. If they come back good, I'll probably buy them and and pay for getting them checked. Scheids confirmed that they are indeed rated at 250HP, I'll let you now what happens later today, and 4Lo I think I should have plenty of air for them.

I don't know where you have your pump set, but I believe you said on cumminsforum that it was an 850cc pump, which is pretty big for a street truck. With the pump maxed out and a set of 5x.016+ injectors, I think you'd need more than a big brother size twinset. Just my opinion - good luck, regardless, and enjoy the extra fuel - I'll be watching for smoke signals to my west haha.

I'd say go for DDP Stage 4 injectors. They will do the trick for you, but cost a little over $800.

Welp guys they're all mine . Scheids looked them over thouroghly today and said they are like new. They all pop tested perfectley, their spray pattern is good, and they said the tips are spotless so I bought them. I think they will be a good injector for me, and If they're to much on the street I'll try to get my valet set down a little lower to keep me at the 500HP street mark or somewhere close to there. Peirs told me that the turbos are good to 900HP so I'm not to worried about my egts. Right now, now that the turbos are all tuned in I'm only hitting 1400 degrees in full fuel, wich is a lot lower than when I first dynoed it, so I think there is room for some more fuel. Thanks for all of the replys guy's you helped a bunch

Injectors are in guys! I can tell that they deffinently push alot more fuel than the 370's do. I would have liked to test it out on the road today, but it rained all day and I didn't really think it would be very cool to wrap the truck aroung an electric pole on the first test run, so road testing will have to wate. I am very happy with how the truck idles now, it is alot smoother than with the 370's, I think it's smoother than stock. And the surging went by by. So I am very happy with the resulys of these injectors so far Now just to wate for it to stop raining so I can really test them out. I think I'm going to have to wate till next weekend to get it dynoed.
