which SBC DD to get?
i want to place my order for my SBC DD today so when i get my tranny back i can put it in.
im stuck between the 3850 street comp and the 3850 comp
one is ceramic, the other is ferramic material...
im gonna be doing a few hooks with it as well as daily driving it...so can anyone sway me one way or the other. is the comp too grabby for daily driving?? will the street comp not be enough to handle the sled??

I just ordered mine a few minutes ago. I didn't go quite as hard core as the 3850 although we did talk about it. I ordered the 3600DD 12 cb. Here is a good thread with some good info on your 3850: http://www.cumminsforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5220
Peter thought I'd be more happy with the street manners of the 3600 since I tow heavy off and on.
