I have an older S300 unit and the exhaust housing is just too small for it for my needs. Instead of bucking up for a newer version, are there housings now available for these things that I could go up to?

The stock one I have is just over 12cm2 from the specs given to me and its great for the street empty. Towing my RV its pretty much useless as I can't go over 30 psi boost with out 1250°F EGT's and it barks like a terrier at low (1500 RPM) full load tugs on steep grades. Empty I have the WG set to 42 psi (had it as high as 48) and it spools instantly.

Ideas?

Call High Tech Turbo, they sell new ones. You can get either the 14cm cast iron one or the 13cm Stainless Steel one. I think they will even exchange it for you for a small fee.

OR,

You can do like I did and post in the classifieds to see if anyone wants to trade their 14 for a 12. I just did this because I wanted faster spoolup on the twins that I am having built.

I was just concerned with the exhaust side dimensions.. I don't know what the wheel size is on this thing and it may be too old to match..
