What size S-300 works ideal with a K-31? 62/14, 64/14, or 66/14?

 

57mm or 62mm

 

Industial sells twin setups with the 62 and K31 if that is what you are looking at doing

 

At first I was looking at building that set for cheaper.
K-31 won't support 800hp easily.
Now im looking at a 64 over a S-480.

 

Hay Idaho why is boost harder to control with a 57mm on top of a s-475 than it is with a 62mm??

 

i said that cause I just took a 64/14 off my truck and now have the K31 as a single. Im gonna keep it and send it back to have it made to a 62/12, that way all I have to do is build piping for the twins if I want!

 

any of the above works just some are a little slower but a k31 is a pretty fast spooler it will make the other charger move atleast thats what has happened to me.

 

The K-31 is good choice. I'm going to try to put together a garrett 3782/K-31 set-up. My garrett/3b combo is great all round street twins set-up. tons of air and fast spooling. Another combo is good for 800rwhp is the garrett 3782/S400
