Was wondering where you have been able to buy this bit at... All of my security bits for torx dont fit.. The pump has a round torx style.

Need to get this pump cover off so i can put on my 'no wire tap' cover !!

Thanks! But boy do they know they are hard to find.. $12... i paid $30 for a kit of about 40 tamper proof misc. bits.

$12 still better than tapping the wire though.

They are starting to get wise to the cover being replaced. I just replaced my VP and noticed they are applying yellow marking to the cover and screws to make them tamper proof ... anyone else seen this?

 

I ended up having to take my pump to a machine shop, they were on so tight it stripped the bolts tryin to break them loose.
