I moved my tranny heat exchanger onto the rad frame support, just behind the bumper. So far its survived 150000 miles of abuse and I still use my truck tow my trailer.

The auto's had the heat exchanger on the engine as well as the cooler in the grill and I don't think one or the other is going to be enough for the slow speed towing I do but if I can just move the heat exchanger down to the frame rail that would work great.

Id -like- to make 500hp but my budget isnt too big nowadays.
Looks like I could get a set from BD power for just under 4k that are already tuned and matched up. Good reviews but wow that breaks the bank.
I have rips twins

awesome setup and it cools 500 horses fairly well. Although my setup is in pieces as we speak, due to the turbos bein rebuilt, its an awesome towing setup. I pretty much bolted them on and they were **** good from the start. I kept the second battery yes, and theres pics in my gallery. I did utilize the 14cm exhaust housing tho and it does help and it does spool just a tad bit slower than stock....

for 500 horses it can be done, i have, and they are well worth it.. good balance overall between tow and go.... which is what i want my truck for and well, basically im done.. (knock on wood)
