Here is some inside info. What they are doing is spaying it the rough color with the liner. Than they are spaying (hvlp) a top coat with the color to match the truck. The problem comes in when you go threw that painted layer, the underlying color will show threw. If you insist on using a color I would go with Linex. They use a high quility dupoint paint, and on top of that they should be spraying a kevlar base clear topcoat. This will help in U.V protection, but also protect the color from getting damaged.
If you plan on using the truck then I would go with black. If something gets damaged it's easier to fix.

black on my burgandy truck and it looks pretty nice. Gray just would look rather odd especially with white. gray might go with green, burgandy, or patriot blue but other than that it would look odd. And maybe black truck on gray liner would add a nice contrast

Do yourself a favor and cancle the appoinment. I have both rhino and linex. The Rhino doesn't hold a candle to the linex. The rhino chips easily and isn't not warrantied. The rhino had some oil spilled on it. I was unable to get the oil out of the it and the spot is always slippery. It has also started to eat away at the rhino. The Linex has been throug the same situations/abuse and looks like the day we brought it home. My new pickup I will be trying speedliner. It is supposed to be tougher than both and hold up better.

speedliner is very thin, and will also chip and fail.
