Reunel bumper question
My new Reunel front bumper arrived. Right away I noticed that the two large round holes in the top surface are misaligned. They are at different distances from the front edge. Is this a mistake, or normal?
Thanks

Judging from the quality control lately at Reunel, Id' say it's a mistake. I had alignment issues with my rear bumper. I spoke with the owner who told me he can't get good help. Take my advice. Look the bumper over carefully, and be absolutely sure to prime any bare metal surface before installing. Also, caulk any seams as the inside welds rust and weep down the front surface. It's a shame their quality control has slipped. They are undoubtedly the strongest bumper out there. I hope you have the plow springs up front, or are prepared to respring it.

DOR, Denver Off Road makes a beautiful aluminum bumper weighing in around a hundred pounds. It was at one time available in a brushed clear coated finish and take it from an owner of one, it is gorgeous. It is now only available in a plack powder coat finish. It's extremely strong, and can hold a large winch. The owner Layne builds each one by hand so wait times can be lengthy and at one time, there was quite a waiting list.

Commatoze,
I was looking at your photos to see how your lights looked and noticed what looked like a picture from Layne's shop. I guess you went out and picked yours up. That was what I did. It was real neat seeing how the bumpers are made. But, I think Layne has moved since you were there.

Here's my Denver Off Road on my truck. This was the last one made by Layne with the brushed finished. The PIAA's are driving lights as opposed to fogs, and turn a dark road ahead into day.
