Replacing boost elbow

I was wondering if replacing the boost elbow with one of these would be a good idea?

The model Type-100HR looks as if it has some type of relief valve or blow off valve.

They mention a "bleed rate", I guess a tiny hole in the line on the wastegate side would take care of that.

I just thought that it would be something to concider when going to bigger injectors while still using a stock turbo. Keep boost regulated to 35 or less.

Since it takes more power to compress that air, any you don't have to compress after supplying the necessary amount to burn up the fuel should free up some power. Sounds like a good project.
