Red Valve Cover
I painted my valve cover red tonight and man it looks SWEEEEET!!! It really flashed up the engine compartment. Now the next thing I am gonna do is polish up the lettering and all to a high mirro shine or something. At least clean it off so that it looks better than it does. Taking the cover off was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I'll get pics up soon.

got pics? I would like to see, the red valve cover would match my truck color and would like nice when you pulled into a service station and popped the hood. Would also add color to the engine ;D

Great, now you'll have Charlie jealous of your show piece under the hood. But I bet you can get a case of beer for doing the same to his valve cover.

Did you know this is a 4 yr old thread? His valve cover is orange and chipped now.
