What type of paint are you guys using to paint these?? I'm thinking of picking up a 'blank' cover and painting it myself... red just doen't go with my "theme".

I like to use high temp engine paint. I found that the anodized type paint looks really good too, the red over a gold base is amazing

i just used normal spray paint and mine is fine no problems with it yet. i think mine was sunset red

I agree...I have a black one on my truck and it's fine...I've seen the silver and those are ok also. I think maybe if I ran into a cool red one like the hoesli cover 'Cummins 24V' for a great deal I'd consider...or if I upgraded the rest of the motor or truck and was done with bombing, it'd be a nice finisher...
