Ive seen several guys paint their stock ones. But there is also one that says Cummins in big letters. I believe it is off of industrial/medium duty applications.
Im not sure exactly where you can get one though - I would assume you can get one through Cummins.:

I've painted mine and the one of my friend's truck. On his I did sand the paint off the logo and the letters etc and then buffed it to a nice gloss. Looks really good now. On mine I won't do it , maybe even paint it black because there are always black fingerprints on it

Warning.....
Watch out for the ones on EBAY.
Some of them are designed for RVs so the oil filler is on the wrong end of the valve cover.
This places the oil fill hole under the cowl.
