raptor wiring harness

does the raptor 150 just plug into the OEM wiring harness, or do you have to place a relay in the wiring circuit? thanks to all.

My Raptor 100 came with a harness that plugs into the stock harness right at the block mounted lift pump.

It has an adjustable regulator so you can change the fuel pressure. Currently mine is set at 17psi @ idle and drops to 13psi @ full load. My truck is bone stock.

It took me about 1 hour to install. Everything you need comes in the kit. Just need a few wrenches and a knife to cut up the hose. Very easy installation- Mount pump (clamps to frame rail), put ends on hoses, put one hose on tank and screw other end to pump inlet, put one hose on fuel filter housing and screw other end to pump outlet, connect wiring harness to stock harness, check pressure (bought a tapped banjo bolt and used a Caterpillar High Pressure test port, a long hose, and a gauge). The pressure came preset at 15psi@idle, 10psi@full load.

The pump is no louder than the stock pump. Definately can't hear it over the engine.

This pump has a lifetime warranty and is so similar to the FASS I began to ask myself- why would I spend more money for the same pump??

you should look at a PPE fuel pump. I got a 160gph pump for half the price of a FASS. It is quiet, reliable, easy to install, and holds great psi. I have it tuned to 15psi and it drops to 12psi on a wot pass
