Mine did that once to me and stopped my FASS. I looked down and the fuel pressure was at 0psi, weird(pump shut off somehow?). Still no changes here with the last TT fix. Still works good with the Turbo Timer, high idle goes up to 1200 rpm most times but sometimes goes down to 1100 rpm, high idle is a little rough at 1200 rpm vs. holding the rpm manually, no rough idle at an idle through PL00-PL10(so much nicer) but the Turbo Timer/High Idle doesn't play well with my Ultra Start remote starter still(silly manual transmission sequence). Got my fuel pressure gauge working by properly grounding the sender(my bad). No freeze up on my controll panel or weird PL changes. Will keep playing with the TT fix.

I still have surging on levels 1 and 2 under light throttle. I seems like the same amount of surging as the comp tune I was running before. I havent got to run it on the higher levels becuase my clutch is slipping.

Report on the latest tune from Quad.
Startup was great, after two min went right to 1200 and stayed there. Brake pedal stopped it.
Rough idle gone completely.
Out on the road any speed under 60 or so, surging still present, ran with cruise on PL01 or 2. Even ran the cruise to take out the human factor. 70 mph or more with the cruise or without was smooth and enjoyable on any level.
Seems this tune has a wicked timing stage when truck gets rolling, after about 1200 r's or so noticeable surge in power and this thing just keeps pulling. defuelling works probably the best of all so far, get to a little over 1300 and then falls off and maintains 1250-1280ish, just depends on how hard you are on the loud pedal.
Great work so far Quad, we are getting closer every day, thanks for all your effort.

Dynoed Adrenaline today!
I know Quad is working on basics first, but thought some would be interested.
Went to a Dynojet I had tested on once before. My set up was identical.... except for replacing Smarty/TST Comp stack with Adrenaline. Even correction factors were identical!
I made three pulls with Adrenaline on #6, #8, #10 respectively.
Long story short....
Gained 13 hp on # 6 over Smarty/TST CE
Gained 24 hp on #8
Gained 22 hp on #10
These gains are all over BEST readout from Smarty/TST!!!
I'm impressed and happy
.
Nice to meet Steve from Quad's organization. He came just to see how the Adrenaline did for 'Bnold' and I. Bnold had also made an injector change so his figures were not exactly apples to apples, but I believe he was also impressed and will probably chime in here.

Optical reader (to measure torque) was inoperative so we got no tq readings.
Program I used is the one that came on the box.... not the latest update nor the Comp SW.

I for the life of me can't update this box!!! Worked before until I tried to update the newest program. It keeps saying that the USB device is not recognized! How do I start from scratch? Everytime...

Just got back from driving around the newest emailed update.
High idle kicked in at 2 min, but it would idle up to 1500 then down to 1000 and back to 1500 and then back down. Kept repeating this. Brake did not stop the high idle. I switch to pl01 and it went to normal idle.
Driving around I did not notice any surging, got up to pl09. This was driving around town no faster than 55. I was pleased with this.
When I pulled onto my road I went ahead and turned the box back down to pl00. As soon as I did this it started to idle back up. Idled up to 2000 before I switched it back to pl01. As soon as I switched it the truck idled down to 0 and cut off. Would not restart. I had to unplug the box and plug it back in to get the truck to start.
