Questions on Adrenaline
Just put my new Adrenaline in my pickup, and wow. Two problems though.
When I let it go back down to an idle, it feels like I'm driving an old cammed out big block, shakes all over. Also I plugged the map sensor into where it goes, but the boost is only showing between 10-19 psi. I know that it is getting much more than that. Any help you can give me would be app.

Adrenaline, (Trade Name) is produced by the Adrenal gland, sits atop kidneys, and is also known as epinephrine, it is a catecholamine, or sypathomimetic (mimics sympathetic nervous system) {-fight or flight-}. It is of course a hormone and nuerotransmitter. Once the adrenaline is in the fuel of your truck, just as in the body, it takes a while for the catecholamines to level back out, thus you may feel jittery for quite a while,-- for example,-- if you rolled your car or truck and weren't hurt, yet your legs feel rubbery, your hands are shakey (like your truck) and your heart is pounding in your chest. And of course it takes a while for this feeling to dissapate. This is completely normal, and actually needed for your survival. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - Sorry Robert, I am sure someone that is a good diesel wrench will chime in, and not a bored smart aleck like me that is just a shadetree. BTW = = WELCOME TO DTR-- NOT EVERYONE IS A NUT LIKE ME. This is a great place to learn all about your truck. Fill out your sig, with all your mods, and the real dieselheads will be happy to help you.

I ended up putting a wire tap on the blue wire and rigged up my digital multi-meter (inside the truck) to check the reading while driving down the road.
What you could do is test the voltage coming off of the sensor, on the center, blue wire. with the key on, coming out of the sensor you should have .5 - 1.0 v. if you could figure out a way to be reading the voltage as you are driving and see what it goes up to. if its the map sensor that is the problem then it will only go up to around 2v. >< if its working properly it will keep going up past there. Again you will want to test this on the lt. blue coming off the map sensor.
