i'll be ordering a package deal from rip tomorrow (exhaust/edge or comp). as you can see in my sig i have an auto w/4.10 gears. i have been contemplating the edge vs comp arguement in my head for awhile. if i leave the pump wire off on the comp, how much does power increase? i probably wont use the pump wire til after my 7yr/100000 warr. is up and i only have 15k on it now. i've been leaning toward the edge for this reason, but will i get a little more power w/the comp and no pump wire hooked up? or will it be about the same as an edge if i dont use the pump wire? also once i have one of these can i use a j-hook to increase boost, or do i still need some sort of boost fooler? i know this topic has been here before, but i couldnt find the answers to my questions in the previous posts. thanks in advance all!!

 

by the way, i'll eventually make tranny upgrades way later on down the line!!

 

Go with the comp it will save you from having to change to it later. With out the wire you should get 60 or so HP.<br> It has a boost fooler in it.
