Quad - Any luck about that aggresive program for my XZT+ beta box? I know you've been busy, and I'm not in a hurry.

I just recieved the aggressive program for my xzt+. Power come in stronger...and so does the smoke.
It feels like it may surge just a bit cruising at low rpm's....like at 45-50 or so in 5th gear. Decent trade off for the low end fueling.
Truck pulls my trailer loaded with my skidsteer MUCH better.
Hey quad- I don't have egt/boost guages yet, do I need a pyro for towing on the aggressive program? I tried it (I had to ) but I've been using timing only when towing.

Yeah, I agree..... This aggressive tune runs really good. I did find a bit of pump surging during light throttle situations around 1800 to 1950 rpms. Besides that the box pulls hard and the roll on power is excellent. I'll be trying a newer aggressive tune tonight to help solve the light throttle surge.

OOOOOPPPSSSS. Quads aggressive tuned XZT+ box + 35" rubber + steep freeway grade @ 80 mph + STOCK tranny + passing EVERYBODY ELSE = carnage!!!!!
Hopefully not too much. It just started to slip a bit, not too much. Temp was only 175* and the oil is now dirty with a slight burned smell, but no debris. Not too bad. I'll service it tomorrow night and we'll see after that.................
UMMMMM BTW what did you say Goerends phone number was??

And you told me you think you might want to try the Race box when it comes out.........
That thing would chew a stock tranny up and spit it out before you got rolling good!
I have some newer tunes you might like as well. I am stuck in a dang airport but, when I get back i will get them to you.

Yeah, I know..... There is always a weak link somewhere.... The 2nd aggressive tune 20TPS_80CAN you sent, I'm not too sure I like it. It seems to still cause surging, it's just more sever at 1800 to 1900 rpms. And it doesn't seem to go away with accelleration. The whole truck just bouces at 1800 to 1900. It's almost not drivable in that range. I had to run the motor up to 2000 rpms to make it comfortable. I might be wrong. Maybe I kicked a wheel weight. Wouldn't be the first time. I'm gonna reload the original aggressive tune to compare. At least that one is drivable.

Quad - I re-loaded the original aggressive, which I do like better then the second one you sent. The 20TPS_80Can had surging at 1800 to 1950 at all throttle possitions but WOT.
The original one does have the light throttle surge, but it's drivable. I just have to add more throttle or let off all together.
Problem is, I can't do any testing intill tonight. Slammed here at work. My co-haort is on vacation, which means I can't take off at will. But I'll do a boat load of driving tomorrow, just because I can.
