Quadzilla Commander Problems

When It Gets Cold, Like Around 50*f Outside My Commander Flashes 1832* Egt Thats Just Turning The Key To The On Position And It Stays Like That Until You Start It Then It Goes Down To The Right Temp. The Other Problem Is My Boost When It Reads 12 It Bounces Down To Around 8 For A Split Second Then It Goes Back To 12, When I Hit 16 It Will Go Down To Around 10-13 And Then It Goes Back To 16-17. I Talked To The Tech Guys At Quadzilla And They Told Me To Download The Upgrade And Try It So I Did And No Change.

Try moving the ground for the commander. Sounds like it is searching for a ground. Also - for the boost issue......take the wire tap off the map sensor and solder the connection and heat shrink it. I fought it for awhile until it finally bugged me enough to fix it right! I knew better than to use the dang scotch lock in the first place!

I also get the same egt number, not too worried about it. No problems with boost reading.
I had a problem with the coolant temp jumping around after doing the kdp. I must have knocked the connection loose. I tightened up the coolant temp connection wire and no problems since.

The Egt Number Dont Really Bother Me But If There Is A Problem With My Commander I Would Like To Fix It Before The Warranty Runs Out. I Will Will Look At The Connection And See If That Is The Culprit

I Think It Was The Connection On My Boost Wire, I Wiggled It A Little Bit And Now It Seems A Bit More Steady. Still Havent Figured The Egt Thing Out, But Oh Well It Still Reads Right Once The Truck Is Started. Thanks Everyone Who Replied
