Quad xzt+ and boost elbow

Just hooked up my quad and getting ready to install the boost elbow. I am planning on running in off until I need some more power at which point I'll turn it up. My guess is that with the boost elbow I can see more than 20 lbs boost even in the off position.

I know the XZT has boost fooling but I am wondering if it fools boost in the off position?

I would say yes, a nice power boost, not much change on mpg even w/my light foot.

probably so but you won't have all the various features/options/boost fooler. check out Quads website and all the options you can download for free. I would go w/the XZT+.....I used to have the s-chip.

Hauling my camper I saw a slight mpg increase (2/10 mpg) but I had a lot more pedal and it climbed hills like never before. Mind you, this is in timing only. Have yet to try timing/fuel. When I hit the switch (to timing only) I could literally feel the difference. I'm running the 1000 tune (not very aggressive) for now 'till I get a feel for 'er.
