quad customer service!!

WOW!!! These guys get "TWO THUMBS UP!" I had recently gotten a xzillerader and installed it on my truck only to find out that it wasn't working. These guys returned my phone calls, emails, etc in attemts to help me get it running correctly. Come to find out, it was all me, just didn't get a good connection on the tap! OH well Anyway, thanks to the guys(at Quadzilla)for going the extra mile to ensure the quality of their products!! I have dealt with other performance compaines in the past that pretty much after they get your money they say tuff s***!!!

I installed a recon xzt last week and have a faulty fuel pressure sender so I sent a E-mail a few day ago to get a tested one and have not heard back yet .

there costomer service is great but there shipping is it. i have had to send stuff back to them, gets there in 2 days, return shipping 1 to 2 weeks. been a week allready whiting for a new fuel sencer.

I've done all my ordering for Quadzilla products using xtremediesel.com (good shipping) but have sent several emails to Quadzilla and have Always received an email or phone call back the same day. Excellent customer service, give them a chance, I'm sure they will come through for you.
