Mine ran fine too but had the CEL on. Unpluged the Data Link, cleared CEL and all was fine. I don't think it makes a difference in performance but shows up as a error...

Hey guys still can't wait, but have a question regarding hp. What can a stock HO motor expect to see. I read that the box put down 165hp on a bone stock and 180 with a 62/12 turbo. But don't think it was a HO. Hope somebody can chime in and maybe get an awnser from quad himself.

OK quad I've been battling this truck every step of the way this year. Sorry I've been lagging in the testing........so

Wasted the headgasket on the first official romp with the Adrenaline. It was pulling HARD, I mean HARD. boost was cruising past the 60 mark and I was only about 3/4 throttle. but between trying to keep it on the road..... and trying to keep it on the road I didn't get a firm look.

So the high idle for me was surging.... expected....no peddle kill..... expected (from 900 to 2000 to 900)

TT worked........kinda sucked when the headgasket was bleeding like a stuck pig and the truck wouldn't shut off though. No biggy though.

I'm going to get the head off and o ringed in an ASAP fashion. It has been kicking my bee-hind every single step.

But I swear its making some real power now., that was WWAAYY more than 510rwhp on the seat of the pants dyno.

Suspect that's the difference between a manual and an automatic. My electronic tranny was very confused till I unhooked both data link & adrenaline MAP plugs.

Is this on the original tunes? Or some of the current tunes you can download off the web?

this was original loaded tune. I didn't want to change anything till i got it run as is first. it was labeled 088 or 88 or something like that on a post it note. I just talked to Justin to update as well.

one other thing with my twin turbos and the EGT cable its just about 1 " away from being too short to reach my probe hole. its sort of laying straight across the valve cover and the probe side is snaked between my turbos and tthe manifold. if the harness side was 2 feet longer I could come all the way over to the passenger side and keep away from all the hot stuff.

I got mine in today and hooked up but it will not monitor the boost pressure. What part of this unit does that? and they forgot the trans. temp probe. also its showing my oil temp at 100* all the time...... whats up with that?

The map sensor connection is where the Adrenaline picks up the boost pressure. The "oil temp" is read from the trans. temp probe. No probe and it will read 100*.

Me too Demon. My EGT probe sure could be at least 1' longer. I'm stretching her to the limits. Are you going to make the March GTG now that you blew the headgasket???
