Yep, that's what he's told us before anyway.

I see. Hopefully Quad will have some Comp tunes before our March 8 GTG and Dyno. Time to make some higher numbers...

How does it feel going from the Adrenaline to the Drag, big power loss or just not as smooth?

are there gonna be tunes available for this thing that have reduced timing? I have the HO which has the slightly higher compression pistons and I'm a little worried about having to much timing, especially with a stock head gasket.

yea there are some guys waiting on me to dyno too, we will all be putting down better numbers its going to be a pretty good day, 3rd gen with smarty and the new race tune, me with comp tunes on the new quad box, and a 12v with a new setup! all the colors of the rainbow!! i cant wait!

going back to the drag comp seems to be very close in power but it is nowhere near as smooth or as fun to drive, it seems like to get anything out of it you have to be on a high level and past 1/2 throttle, that probably has part to do with a tight converter and 5250 ft elevation but its just not the same the quad box is just so much smoother and is just so much more fun to drive!

for the guy with the income tax check WAIT! it will be well worth it believe me! dont go buy something your going to regret, but if you absolutely cant wait ill sell you my drag comp just disregard what i just said about it but really this box is worth the wait believe me!

Anybody else have the check engine light showing while their Adrenaline box is in for updating? I didn't unhook the harness, just the box. Didn't get a chance to check codes.

Have to unhook MAP sensor AND Data Port or you'll get 5-6 codes and a CEL light. I forgot and discovered this. Runs poorly also. (my guess is all those wires looking for input and no body home

I've never had to unhook the Data Link, just the Map.

I kind of figured it was boost related. Wouldn't have thought about the data link.

You have to hook up the factory harness to the Map sensor and unplug the data link or codes will be thrown...

Really seems to run fine. I wouldn't have known it had I not seen the light. It's hidden most of the time by my TST controller.
