Got some weird stuff going with my EGT's but the high idle is so perfect. Man this truck purrs like a kitten, well, maybe a tiger I guess. I have no more idle hammer going from PL00-PL10. Thanks Quad & Justin for all the help. Just have to figure this EGT thing out? I'll try a few different tunes...

Tried pretty much all non-TT tunes with all the same results. Everything works good with the EGT Probe disconnected which stumps me because it reads egt's perfectly to my manual gauge on the tunes without warm up or defueling???? Both pyro's are in my ATS manifold side by side. The only ones that work flawlessly are the tunes with no defueling or warm-up. Man is this box smooth even on the Aggressive files. I'm so impressed!!!

Make sure your grounds are perfect. EGT probes act funny with a bad ground. Maybe it is backfeeding through the Adrenaline and making it defuel or something.

Sorry xtoyx17, it was a little part inside this box on mine only. It has no effect to anyone else and that's why I didn't post, that's all. Were all good my friend...

Man, so you had all sorts of parts come unsoldered in your box? Talk about bad luck. Go off-roading with the box velcro'd to a loose rock under the hood?

Nope. It was a software/hardware confliction thing, nothing to worry about at all. The circuit board on mine is well made. I'm still using it with the ADR2003 and it works great. Now, time for the Commander...

Have you tried out the 1150* egt files? I can't pull my truck over 1200* without the trailer on & I only see 1300* briefly if I tag it hard on a big hill with the trailer. This thing is unreal.

Sure is a blast. I just can't believe how smooth it is from when we first started this Beta testing!!! My high idle makes me grin ear to ear everytime I use it. My buddies can't figure out how it ramps up on it's own at the recent warm temps(+5)we are seeing. They thought their Smarty's high idle was the ticket until it turns warm and they have no high idle!!! We've got it made now!!!

Yeah, Smarty is in its case & won't be needed until I have a CEL, then it comes in handy. I actually just programmed a friends truck so that Smarty can see some use. I'm glad it has a protective case so that it doesn't rust.
