So it seems like the new update doesn't play well with the older circuitry?
Either way, I really REALLY hope I get mine back by the time this becomes available. I'd live to take the COMP tune and remove the surging myself, or vise versa and use the 1k tune and get fueling down low like the COMP tune.

s actually boring to me now, and when people try to cut me off I just slow down with my tail between my legs now. Bring on the adrenaline

How do we know if we have the updated circuitry? I bought my pulse about a month ago, but I am still having problems updating it. My adrenaline updates just fine through this computer, but the pulse just keeps saying "no monitor found".

Go into "setup" and scroll down to "version loaded".. or something like that.
If you have v1.2.8 your in good shape, I think.
See if you can read IAT temps*..... I fairly sure that is a giveaway that you have the larger processor.

Well today i took the Pulse apart and scuffed the contacts on the circuit board just like Justin told me to do.
I'm a happy camper now! The buttons work great today. Only time will tell.
On another note why does my IAT show a steady -40*?

I tried updating mine and it pops up make sure commander is unplugged then immediatley after i hit ok it says to plug commander in then i hit update and it says cannot find it, what gives? i still have xp
