Yes mine dies also even on P4 it will die and the way its acting like is that its draining the VP for sure cause the way my fuel system is if it gets low and I slam on the brakes it will die then take a few seconds to crank .. I dont have to let off either I will hold to the floor till it dies and thats around 3800 no lifting but theres no sirges or nothing very smooth but thats also WO from 1500 rpm till it dies no part throttle runs yet for me .. I should have done more testing though with part throttle b4 I tried to pull on ADR2000 it cuts out pretty bad trying to hold it around 3K going down the pulling trac .. But yeah the dyno tune is draining it , I just dont understand were all that poping is coming from when not under a full load , dunno if its border line of running out or something else is conflicting , I know my redline would cut out like that when it hit 4200 and part throttle around town was terrriable
Well I had to think on this I lost my supply to the VP causing it to die but is the box taking enough fuel away that the supply cant keep up ?? I use a full flow 160GPH pump with 1/2 lines to the VP with a return style regulator so were ever I set it (20lbs) is were it stays it doesnt move mayb a lb or 2 when that first load comes on ,,,, dang electronics

Bump the starter, still no FASS???
Left it sit for a few minutes, drop it to PL00, cranked it over and it started???
If you have a standard, it's easy to restart when stalled, just throw it in 5th while coasting and jump start it!!! Funny but it works...

That's what I told the owner of my old truck but he love "Smoke" so he ran it. Now that he knows what I mean about running the truck out of fuel, we changed it to the 3000 tune...

I've been running the dyno also, no problems at all. I was showing my brother-in-law how it ran today & got crazy. I felt a second powerband kick in & when I looked down at the tach, I was at 3800 on stock springs & it was still pulling. No more of that stuff.

Well, went to hit the dyno at TS Outlaw but the line was too long. I was ******, guess ill have to wait to see what the dyno tune will put down. I love that tune, its smooth as any other and it does have a second powerband in the high rpms. And it is much needed with my ho pump and stock turbo. Nice work Quad!

Got my first taste of the Adrenaline on the dyno this weekend at the Smoke Show in Ill. WOW!
First thing I asked the owner of the truck is, ''Can we rap it out to 4k rpm just to see if it will pull that far?'' He laughed and said he had put the truck in the ditch a few late nights and pegged the tach trying to get out, so go for it.
First run: The truck put down 549hp and basicly flatlined it to 3800rpm then the surging began. Now I know what some of you are talking about. It made curly Qs on the graph. But still, the truck pulled hard to 3800.
Second run: Put the Smarty on level 4. Made a vast improvment. The curve was way smoother and pulled past 4k rpm without surging. Very impressive. Third run was the same.
The truck was an '01 with a modded HX40 and some 250hp stixs. Not sure, but I thought he said it was a A3000 tune. He did not have the commander.
All in all I was very impressed. I would have liked to get more info. from the owner of the truck, but I don't speak good drunken slur. Not that I didn't want this thing before, but now I have some experienced proof that just seals the deal. When all things are ready, I'll be putting some money Quad's way.
