Quad 4x4 U-Joints...are they Spicer?
http://quad4x4.com/Dodge%20Drive%20Shaft.htm
Doesn't mention what brand they are.
I'm guessing by price that the "cold forged" are the best (most expensive). If I'm reading right, the cold-forged are the non-greasable?
Good price?
I have some pretty bad clunking and banging. Don't know if it's the u-joints, trans mount or what.

I asked on Sat, it's Mon now figured I'd check during the weekday oh well. I called them up, they said that they "have them made by Dana/Spicer to factory specs, but can't guarantee it's what you get from the aftermarket stores".

Accept NOTHING but real Spicer joints. They aren't all equal. I'm in the rockcrawling world, and nothing beats Spicer joints for driveshafts. Axleshafts, on the other hand are CTMs or Longfields. They're not for daily drivers though...and cost $250 a pop.

dan at quad4x4 only stocks spicer brand cold fordged U joints. They are all nongreaseable and in my opinion the strongest you can buy. I wont run a greaseable. They dont last any longer and are weaker. Most greaseables are hot forged too. Many places will sell you cold forged spicer U joints if you ask for them.
