Pyro installation on '03 - help!!!
I have searched our site and TDR trying to find instructions on installing ISSPRO pyro on a '03. I was very disapointed on opening the box and finding nothing but a wiring diagram. Can anyone direct me to some easy to follow instruction on installing this thing.

Thanks

Bob

Keep in mind that TST uses a smaller thermocouple than IssPro does, so the hole needs to be a 1/4" NPT (usually a 7/16" drill bit, but look on your tap to be sure).

And the pics that Scotty posted before should give you a good indication. If you've got any other questions, don't hesitate to give us a buzz, either...

Rod

Mine says 7/16 inch drill bit. I getting ready to do the same install. I found some install instructions at http://www.dieselpage.com/gipda.htm (This is also for pre 2003 CTD and instructs use of 7/16" drill and 1/4" NPT tap.
