Put in the 191 DV's
Well you guys can see my setup in my sig. Put some 191's from TST in today that I picked up. I really like the way the truck runs now! I believe it will run a mid 14 quarter now. Especially with the billet input, and suncoast flexplate, allowing me a little more boost off the line. A quarter mile run before would put my EGT's at around 1300*. I havent tried it yet, but I can peg my 1500* gauge now. I am guessing it will just be getting to 1500 at the end of the 1/4 now. Boost is up from about 35lbs to 40lbs. Truck definately pulls harder, and is more fun to drive. Smoke isnt really much worse now either. That is why I didnt go laser cut. Too much heat, and smoke for me. I want to go to the dragstrip now, and see what it will run Overall I am very pleased with them. I didnt really know how much power increase to expect, and it is hard for me to say what they gained me, but it was more than I thought it would for sure. Just figured I would give you guys a report.

I will probably dyno at Scheid's event in August. I think I should be around 350hp or better, but I'm not sure. I would say this is about all I will do until I burn the clutches up in this transmission, and get a full built one. Then when that happens, I really dont know I have some new era 370's I will put in. Not sure what I am gonna do about a turbo. I will probably just figure it out as I go along. I do know I would like to be running 13's through the 1/4 mile, if not 12's
