Pump wire patching?

Pump wire patching?
I have had to uninstall my edge comp several times for warranty work, the scotch lock has done a job on the wire causing some wire fragments to be broken. I wish I would have found the tst grabber sonner but oh well. anybody have any tips for repairing this, obviously I could solder it, but anybody had any luck with restoring the wire to a newer looking sheen? I have fooled them before with shrink wrap cut and glued to the wire to produce a clean look but anybody else got ideas?

Solder it, then do the heat shrink. Or, you could solder a quick-connect type thing to the wire, then put the other end on your box lead. But then that's not very stealthy.
You aren't trying to tap the wire and still claim warranty, are you?
Personally, I would screw that warranty and solder the thing and be done with it.

The grabber is a means of connecting the TST box to the pump wire. AFAIK, it also works on the Edge comp.
It makes the electrical connection via a pin ***** through the wire insulation. It's almost invisible when removed.
FWIW, it's not a very sound electrical connection.

You wouldn't want to claim warranty from Dodge even though you have a comp. box would you??
I mean they have been so helpful in taking care of their problems, like lift pumps, KDP, 53 blocks cracking, VP44's failing, 5th gear falling of, crappy steering linkage, worn out ball joints etc, etc all with big smiles and open arms.
Hope that sounded as sarcastic as I meant it to be.
