pump timing

I just put gauges in and have a BHAF on the way. Will probably order a 4" exhaust in a couple of weeks or so. I am planning on a #10 plate and 3k gsk after the exhaust. The only thing that is holding me back is the timing on the pump. Does anybody know of anywhere in East TN that will advance the timing for me. Also what will my egt's look like with this setup. I have the boost elbow that I will up to about 34-35 psi. Just wondering if this would keep things cool enough or not.

You should not have much problems with EGTs. With the way mine is set up I can pull any hill around here with a load on any way I want and have a hard time seeing 1200*. I have a stock size exhaust too. I can pull a 6% grade 3mi long in overdrive at 62 mph (1900rpm) loaded to about 17k and be able to increase my speed as I climb the hill.

Can my stock turbo with the boost elbow effeciently handle this setup? Also I realize that my clutch wont last too long (depends on if I can keep my foot out of it lol). Are there any clutches that are affordable and strong enough to handle this power and last a long time? I won't be doing any sled pulling, just occasionally pulling a gooseneck with a tractor.

Thanks for the help so far.

i am thinkin about goin ahead and installin the 3k gsk. How hard of an install is this? I found a link to a page that told me how to do it but I cannot find it again. About how long will it take? Also do I need to increase the boost for this or will stock wastegate setting work?

It is a little scary the first time-I am **** as hell and was afraid of dropping pieces into the pump. I think it took me 2.5 hours. Your boost doesn't matter, you should see a bit more with the kit due to the extra RPM. Go to the TST website, they have directions there!!
