ya mike knows what he 's talkin about you need gauges and if you dont have a clutch obviously gonna need one. i think a htt 62/13/71 series it doesnt sound like he is worried about the money. its a really nice turbo and will work well. i have towed just over 30k and my truck did alright.but that was with twins, it seemed pretty hard on the drive lines but its dana so im not to worried. i think it will do pretty good, they are expensive, but a 35/40 i would say is a waste of money, because when you want to upgade injectors or boxes. then yourr eventualy going to need soem new blow, because the 35/40 cant cool. so i would go a little big,in the 62/12,13,14/71 and that will dool better etc....

Take it for what it's worth, but trying to pull 30,000 along with using a HR pump and Edge Comp. is asking for headgasket troubles.
Good luck with your build.

OK guys, I thought I would resurrect this thread since I am finally doing the finishing touches on my "Project Pops" build-up. I ended up going with a SuperHX-40 from HTT, 4" MBRP exhaust, a new complete top side gasket set, and a Stage 1 Port and polish for the head.
Ever since I put the 275RV injectors in about 5 years ago they have always loped. Now it is really bad, so I plan to replace them with Jammer 3s. Anyone have problems with those injectors like this?
I will post pics soon.

So once I got it all put together I got the Pops loaded up and let em give it a whirl, although he was a little hesitant in the rain he finally let go and played around a bit
Once it dried up we found a little problem..... now his new clutch slips
Time for a dual disk

OK I just thought I would update on the build again... I got the Jammer 3s installed after the 275's finally bit the dust. It idels way better than before and has made a few ponies along the way.
Now I am just waiting for the Quadzilla Race box to become available and we will be ready to rock and roll.
