Thumbs up Power guesstimates? with DD-2's

Hi all,

I am looking at putting some new injectors in (DD-2's) and am curious as to what kind of power I will end up with? My current setup is in my sig below. Anybody running a similar combo who has dyno'd their truck? I realize my clutch may be short-lived after this mod. Any guesstimates?? Thanks

Just a guess to get it started, I'd say 275-300 at the rear tires.

Boss ladies(wife) truck has DDII's and an EZ and it has been dyno'd at 353hp. See signature below..
If you really want some kick in the butt with the same or less smoke...a set of Mach 2.5's run oh so sweet! The produce less smoke than the DD II's..

Don't know what your Banks is adding but do know going from Stock HO injectors to DD-2's is very nice kick in the Butt-o-meter.
Feels like twice the power! Dyno - maybe 300 hp.

See dyno results and mods in signature. The 4.10 gears actually hurt the truck on an inertial dyno - 3.54's would give better numbers, all else being equal.

Thanks guys,
The banks kit includes a larger 14cm turbo, big-head wastegate actuator, Air-filter, Ottomind tuner, full 4" exhaust, high-ram manifold, and gauges. Thanks for the info.

I'd say you're probably at 280 right now with just the Ottomind. Adding DD2's would probably put you at around the 350 mark.

I would ditto what Mike said. I havn't put mine on the dyno yet, but since I add the ddII's what a difference. I have the same set up as you, but mine isn't a HO.
