I'm having troubles with my edge comp not turning on when I start my truck. It does it some of the time, not always. It just started to do this. I've been running this Edge Comp box for about 6 months. I sent it away 6 months ago because it was acting up not switching on certain levels. I hope this makes sense!!! It is getting annoying and I don't know if it is a truck electrial problem or if it is a Edge Comp problem??? I'm lost, please help!!!

 

Check where you made your power conection and ground connection. They are uasually the problem. They become loose or dirty and dont make good contact.

I checked both connections. They both were good, so I'm thinking the box doesn't like the new winter conditions. This problem seemed to start when the temperature began to drop. I'm wondering if I should send it away to get checked out. Sounds like a poor soldering connection inside of the box maybe???

 

When I first installed mine I used that little fuse connector they sent with it.....then I started having issues with mine not turning on also and found that the fuse connector was the culprit. So i took it out and just wrapped the wire under the fuse and pushed it in.......and haven't had a single problem since.

My dad had the same problem with his Juice w/ attitude in his 05'. If that doesn't work I'd send it back and see if they can fix the problem.
