Pop while turning after lift

For some reason, my truck has developed a pop whenever I turn the wheel about 3/4 to the right. I've looked under there while someone turned it and I can't see anything binding. Everything is torqued properly. The track bar is solid as is the mount. No movement whatsoever. It's not the tires hitting anything either. Yall got any ideas as to what this pop is?

Also, my steering wheel is doing funky things. A couple of weeks ago it was straight. Last week it was cocked a little to the right. This week it's cocked a little to the left. The truck doesn't pull one way or another. The steering wheel is just crooked. Not much. Maybe 1/2". I haven't done any off roading with this thing. The tire pressures are equal all the way around (50psi cold). The dealer aligned it for me when they put the ball joints on and it was dead straight. Any ideas on this one?

Other than those two problems, the truck is running great.

Thanks for the help yall.

I'd say the drag link adjustment sleeve has worked itself loose.

That'd be the one you adjust to center the steering wheel.

Thanks phox. I'll check that out. Just to make sure were on the same page, the sleeve is on the left side of the pitman arm that has the two bolts on it that you tighten down, right? Can I loosen it up a little and center the steering wheel by twisting it and not throw the alignment off? I did it that way before it was aligned but I don't want to do it now if I'm gonna throw the alignment off. Thanks for the help.

Yes and yes.

The one that goes between the two tires is the one that affects alignment.

Another thought though, check the pitman arm for tightness as well.

It could be loose enough on the shaft to cause the popping,
and the steering wheel becoming uncentered one way or the other.

I'd say that one is more likely, since it was R&R'd during the lift install.

The pitman arm is tight. I can't even turn it with a 4' breaker bar. Maybe I'll just spend the money and get it aligned. I'm gonna try and tighten it tomorrow, but right now, there's to be drank and I'm thirsty. Thanks man.
