Pop pressure for injectors
I Got my hands on some jammer stage 5 injectors. WHen i get them poptested what is the pop pressure suposed to be set at?

Somewhere in the nieghborhood of 4000 PSI i believe. Maybe Don M or a diesel tech can answer this as I don't know the exact answer.

I would think that any shop that can do the testing would know if they were good or not. Or am I just being overly optimistic here?

When mine were done, spec was 308 bar, or roughly 4500 psi.

When I was looking into getting mine done I was told 310 bar. I ended up getting them done by Rip at source automotive.
