Please help with turbo and fuel upgrades.

Well im ready a little more power out of my truck. Here are the current specs: 98 12 valve 5 speed. AEM intake 4" straight exhaust. 0 plate and 16* timing. I have boost and pyro gauges and have upgraded my clutch already. I would like to go with a 4k gsk and upgrade the valve springs. Then maybe some injectors for some more fuel. What type of injectors do you all suggest? I know that I am going to need a little more air. I was hoping that I could just go to a 14 cm housing n my stock hx35. How much will this help? I have the boost elbow set at 35-36 psi right now. I dontmind to be a little overfueled, but I want to keep it very driveable. I may upgrade turbos in the future. Any help or any other ideas will be appreciated!

It all depends on how much money you want to throw at it. As far as injectors go 370's will get you more for less money but if you are lookin for something more high end or cleaner than DDP 4's are a good choice. With injectors the whole "get what ya pay for" saying is in play but there is always the exception. Any EDM injectors are good for performance but they are usually spendier then others. Another item to consider would be a set of DV's.
In m opinion it is not worth putting time and money into an HX35 but that is up to you. Hope this helps.

thanks for the reply. I realize that a bigger turbo will be much better than upgrading a 35 but money will be an issue so im just looking for my best options. I have heard of surging with 370 injectors. What exactly is this and is it a bad problem?

I think that you will be pleased with the 4k gsk install. I did mine after the pump mods and it really brought my truck to life. I have not yet put in my new valve springs but i dont usually run mine past 2800 unless the need arises(good stop light) . Anyway i would install that and then see from there. Again just my opinion
