Please help!!!!!!!!

I just bought a new s300 turbo for my truck from pdr and i am trying to install it. I bolted it onto the manifold but i am having trouble with the oil return line and the tube to the cooler. First i had to take a hammer to the oil return tube to get it to even fit and clear the wastegate an had to turn the housing to get it to bolt on. Now that the oil return line is conected and the houseing is turn to allow it to bolt on the boot to the tube to the cooler is not long enough to reach the turbo. Has anyone had a similar problems and how did you fix it? thanks in advance.

Did you call them?
It is a big NO-NO to take a hammer to a turbo!!!

Can you slide the boots enough to get it working on the cold side?

I didn't hit the turbo I hit the oil return pipe to just dimple it a little to clear the waste gate rod and no I haven't called them yet I am gonna call them tomorrow and I tried I am still like 2 inches short I turned the boots and pipe and tried to steal every little bit to make it reach but I can't get it close enough. I can get the cold side pipe to reach if I turn the housing but if I do that the oil return pipe won't reach. Is there a flexible hose type oil return line I could buy that might work

You know the compressor cover turns independently of the bearing housing, yes? The later 3rd gens had a flexible drain, but those can be more trouble than they are worth sometimes.

Just loosen the four bolts on the front of the turbo and the drain can be clocked to any position you want.

Not any position! Oil Inlet and Drain must be with in 15 degrees of flat for proper drainage. I picked up a flexible oil drain line I believe from source automotive when I had that issue. Worked perfect, Pretty cheap too.
