I am not sure which Garret it is I will try and look tomorrow and let you know Justin. It isn't a BB unit. It came of a Detriot 60 series. Anyway I got all the boost leaks fixed but one. The compressor housing on the 35 leaks around the snap ring, nothing major but it still bothers me. I can't get these turbos to light until 2300 rpm but when they do hold on. I know I got alot of tuning to do yet but I am making progress. I know pictures would be nice. i will try and get some posted tomorrow. I must say that this has been a learning experiance. Nothing has been overly complicated just time consuming.

I was looking at it yesterday about how i would do it to mine, did you use the stock header? I could not figure out how i would get the turbo up high like that unless you flip the header upside down but then the stock turbo would not be able to hook up ha...I'm thinking of buying an s400 and starting this project on my 3rd gen soon just dont want to get into somethin i cant handle. Welding aint a problem for me..thanks for the help!

Most of the 3rd gen guys that I have seen do this buy an aftermarket 3pc manilfold and turn it upside down. I actually made some flanges for the stock 3rd gen turbo exhaust outlets for twins setups. The guy I made them for said that he couldn't find them anywhere. Good luck with your project.
