Question Phoenix Remanufacured Transmissions?????

I need some help!!! Have any of you dodge owners heard of or purchased a transmission from a company called Phoenix remanufactured Transmissions? What they have to offer is a 47re heavy duty trans with a free single lock up torgue converter for $1995.00 $850.00 core $260.00 shipping & you can get four different types of warrentys with this trans. The company I found one nite surfing the web & it was on E-bay, I called the shop & the people sounded very knowledglable when they explained what the heavy duty trans had in it. If anybody has any info please let me know. THANKS

I have read a very negative post about them on RV.net. I don't have any personal experience though.

Sorry I can't provide details, it was a while ago, and I can't recall why the poster was upset. I just remember reading the thread and saying to myself that I wouldn't be a customer of theirs. I had also seen them on ebay prior to reading the post.
