I think that potential 5-10 HP gain you might achieve with a 71mm vs 65mm in a VP powered twin turbo setup is not worth the increased lag, lower useability, and decreased street manners that come with a bigger turbine wheeled turbo. **This is not the case for a 71mm in a single setup**

Meaning, in a twin turbo setup, you will not get much more HP read 10-15HP going from 65mm to 71mm turbine because twin turbos burn 90% of the fuel a VP powered truck can put out.
In a single turbo setup, like you have, I fully believe that a 71mm turbine is the way to go, and does make substantially more HP.
