You guys are right, I forgot it was a 160 pump, the 10 plate would be ok.

water, or water/meth is 100% daily drivable....I don t know where you guys have been but the reason a 8 gallon cell is an option is for towing.....I deal with extreme temps though....its 134 today in death valley, that 2 degrees shy of the WORLD RECORD any where on the planet. When Im pulling baker grade a long 6% er with a 25k lb gross @ 65-70 mph.....straight water injection is a good thing.

For running empty around town.....50/50 water and meth and enjoy the extra 75-100 hp ......and 150 ft lbs... If your injecting so much that hydraulic locking the engine is a worry......then its way way way way to much.

I guess the ticket is you have to know how much H2O is too much.. You have to have the mods to need the water first off. Its not a mod for the first couple of steps.

And with temps in the 134°F range, man I would be a salty spot on the pavement.. I can't handle anything over 100°F...

I would run water injection then ...........TO THE CAB TO COOL THE DRIVER!!! I have a hard time with a 90 'F degree day, but I can handle a -45 'C easy so I guess it is where you grow up

propane is just more fuel being thrown in the cylinders. IMO you can get just as much fuel with injector upgrades with out the additional fuel cell and necessary fill-ups. Just my .02. TG

Didnt read all the previous posts, but if you want your tranny to hold up, but still have a decent running truck I would do this.

Gauges
Intake*
Exhaust*
Transgo shift kit
3k Governor spring kit
Stock plate full forward, or an aftermarket of your choice centered

That is what i reccomedn in that order
* means isnt necesary but will help EGT's.
I also have the transgo shift kit, and it made a world of difference. If you dont want to spend a bunch on your tranny yet, buy one on Ebay for $59, anbd it will make a tremendous difference. Also change your fluid and filter whether you do a valve body/shift kit or not.

My $.02
