any suggestions with some new mods for my 99 24v ive allrady got the edge comp,4inch straight pipe,boost elbow, full pilar of gauges,trans upgrades. i am thinking of a larger turbo and some injectors (but want to keep factory style down pipe) i dont want to head stud or o-ring the head. im not a belever in intake systems but have any of you had and posotive expirences with them and no bs thanks for any suggestions

if you want to stick with a factory style downpipe your only option is a hybrid 35/40. so I would just upgrade your comp to a drag comp and leave it alone.

 

Would a Smarty on the even numbered settings push the stock turbo to far? And do you tow at all?

what are your egt's now? with the wire tapped your about to the limit of a stock turbo, BUT alot of people (me too) have run big sticks with a comp & stock turbo, and run them way to hot and get by with it. you will want more air (and power) sooner or later and will get that bigger turbo

 

crusing down the road about 750 and hammering it about 1075 to 1150
