Part Number for injector Oring?

I was getting my turbo all situated and pulled the dipstick while I was under the hood and my truck is making oil. It has been almost a year since my last injector change but I did not use new orings so now it looks like I get to do it again.

So I need a part number for new orings. The dealer is closed now, but come monday, I'll call them and if they are too much, I'll drive 30 min to cummins.

Anyone have a part number handy?

There is no o-rings on injectors, there are o-rings only tubes.
The ring you see around the injector is actually a metal spring.

The injectors have RUBBER O-RINGS. If you have little springs on yours something not right. O-Rings for sure. Thanks Steve B.

Alright guys, it looks like you're doing more drinking than typing or researching. I have never bought anything from cummins. People scared me away so far cause I don't even know what a CPL# is. Where it's located on my truck etc.

So if anyone has a part number, I might just go straight to cummins.

I think the CPL is your engine# that you need to give to cummins. Its a metal tag located on the timing gear cover right in front of the VP44.

you don't even need the CPL# you just need the engine serial #..........and they'll give you any part you need. Engine serial # is on the same tag anyways though. I go to Cummins regularly and I've yet to be asked for the cpl.

Ok, I'll do that come Monday. Then I have a few hours on Tuesday to figure out which one, or ones are leaking.

If you're going to do 1......do them all. might be the jumper tube leaking at the injector too.

I think if a cross over tube was leaking, it would run out of the motor, not into the internals. My cross over tubes have never been out, I only pry them back 1/2" and the oring on them has never been out of the bore.

I'm sure when I pull the valve cover there is going to be an obvious bubbling around the bad oring. What is weird to me is that I watch my oil like a hawk and this problem just showed it's face in the last 3000 miles. I haven't been running anything different as far as additives, just a little two stroke oil from Walmart. I should do all six but that 5th and 6th injector are a pain in the butt to get tightened.

cpl = controled parts list, but you should be good with the engine serial #. they are both on the tag that should be on the right side of the engine under the apps sensor.
