Yes, many B series 5.9 and 8.3's used them in other applications other than Dodge.......it was a popular pump on medium duty trucks and equipment that were equipped with these engines......as for other engine manufacturers using the P7100, I have no idea......I have never seen it but I wouldn't be surprised if they were other OEM P7100's on other engines.

Some Mercedes engines also used the P pump.
Cummins still makes 5.9 engines including 24 valves with the P pump but they are no longer sold in the US.
