Oversized Banjo Bolts

Looking to replace my LP with the new DDRP Fass pump. When I do this
I will be installing oversize banjo bolts to slightly increase flow and reduce restriction in the system. I already have one oversize bolt on the outlet of the filter housing that is tapped for my fuel pressure gauge. I have heard the banjo bolt that is at the VP44 is already oversized. Is this correct ? If so I assume I would only need 3 more bolts. 2 at the LP and 1 for the inlet to the filter housing. Right ?

Do yourself a favor, use AN fittings and push lock hose fittings. I drilled out the inside of my original banjo bolts and enlarged the four holes. Problem is the fitting the banjo bolt goes thru is still restricted. All banjo bolts are the same except the one with the pressure bypass. Personally I like my Raptor pump and it came with hose and fittings to replace the line up to the original fuel filter. See my sig for what I did.
If you want to drill out your banjo bolts I can send you some info on it. I bought a spare set on ebay when I did it.

I originally went with high-flue banjos, but eventually yanked them in favor of AN fittings. They did improve pressure overall including under medium to full throttle, but not nearly as good as AN fittings.

So if you just want a 20% improvement, maybe 30% (my estimation), they will give you that. But if you want a long-term solution with a 50-70% improvement, just get the AN fittings the first time and save your money / labor.

With my ANs and a Walbro on the frame, I rarely see a 1lb drop under any conditions... it's rock steady at 15-16psi depending on fuel temp.
