I'm thinking of ordering a trans from him also. Did you get the standard or HD trans? Was the price what is listed on his sight? When you get it installed let me know what it is like!!! My trans seems to be weak. I bought the truck because how well they are suppossed to tow but it sounds like the engine is working way to hard pulling light loads. Wished there was someone close to see what a 12 valve with a good tranny pulls like.

On the pass. side of the truck on the front of the bellhousing, next to the block there is a rubber plug you take out to get at the tc bolts

The rubber or plastic plug is for the barring tool. Look for the steel cover that held on by two bolts in the same area. Thats the one that will let you get to the bolts.
