I have run 370 for quite a while now and the only thing I have against them is the haze at idle. Will bigger or cut dv's and 215 injectors make as much or more hp. than the 370 injectors?

I'm having good luck with his laser-cut DV's and 370 injectors. Smokes like a train, but doesn't stumble and surge at all with the pistons I'm running (except for the pesky idle rumble since the 4gsk).
bnraond.

yeah Im really interested in hearing a bit more about their 435's too. If theyre EDM'd and the pattern is corrected for the non-marine pistons they shouldnt smoke and stumble as bad as the 370's, right? The shop I have work on my truck recommended some outfit's injectors that come with modified tips but the price is probably up near the cost of the DDP 4's. Of course once I bolt these on Ill need to lose the stock turbo ASAP.
So far the 435's sound like a decent setup for short money.

Interesting thoughts on the 215's and Lazer cut DV's..
maybe some EDM'd 435's and lazer cut DV's would net a bit of a power increase?! (obviously this would require some SERIOUS airflow to prevent high EGT's..)

What MDKram said.
My experience with the 370's-
I really couldn't decide if I should go with the slightly less power, but cleaner burning 300's, or the big power and smoke of the 370's. Ultimately, the BOMB bug took over, and I bought the 370's. I don't remember for certain, but I think I was on the #6 fuel plate at the time (I went 8, 6, 4). Anyway, at WOT (with the setup in my sig [fill yours in BTW, so we can see exactly what you already have, even if stock, some stuff is different for different years/transmissions]), I get a huge, evil, dark cloud that blacks out the heavens, disrupts traffic, follows me at any speed until I let off the throttle, and calls great attention to the fact I'm going fast. It's like a pulling truck. No kidding. It's not a good idea. Not only will it make people mad and confused, but would be a beacon for Johnny Law to home in on. Of course, the acceleration IS awesome. But the point is that can be acheived in a much more efficient manner.
I have almost 3 1/2 years and 51,000 very hard, huge load/trailer, sometimes piston melting temperature miles on them and now have great amounts of blue smoke at idle (cold or hot). I may have other issues with my 230K engine also, but you get the idea. The only thing like a "stumble" I have ever experienced is they run rough when cold. Worse in the winter of course, but once up to temperature, the engine runs fine. My understanding is that my '96 auto-equipped truck has the .181" delivery valves. Whichever ones it has have been adequate.
On to the idea of using injectors with better spray patterns. It has been pointed out that 215s with lazer cut delivery valves can make more power than 370s with stock delivery valves. How interesting, I just happen to have a set of lazer cuts laying around here somewhere that I thought I would never put in until I get the chance to fab up my twins, hmm...
I am currently thinking of buying a set of the 300s. I am told they make almost the same power as the 370s, but do it with much less smoke. Any opinions here, guys?
Anyway, that's what I'm thinking of. I hate to spend a couple hundred extra bucks even though it might get me into a much better class of injector. I would like to know more from the guys that have the EDM 370s, as the price difference there isn't that much.
Best regards,
Vince

300/330's dont burn any cleaner than 370's.
I'm curious about the 435's too, not looking to get any trade secrets but are they EDM'ed in addition to the stock holes? Or are they EDM'ed blank tips with the correct spray angle?
