Well I pinched the hose and it seems that it has a little more power, but still only 37psi and the egts seem to spike at around 1450 where before I could bring it past 1500. I dont get it. I would think there would be black smoke.

you can have it. This is driving me nuts. I am starting to wonder if it has anything to do with the the vp being if its on the way out. I know the vp is going out. I have all the symptoms so I wonder if that has anything to do with my boost, egt problems

Well shortened it some and its a little better, but it still seems to be very low on power and just falls on its face. I dont know what else to do. I dont know if this has anything to do with the vp on the way out

Have you checked for boost leaks? Things leak under the hood. You put on the heavy intercooler boots and heavy duty clamps? You should pull into the 40's for boost. You're pulling 1400 egt when your box is set on kill. If you pull the fuel out, what kinda of egt's you seeing? If you're only seeing 1400 on kill that's no too bad.
