One more Question about Straight Pipe
Ok I know I have asked this before but, I am realy woundering about cutting off my muffler and resenator. I have heard that is won't cause any problems but, I have also heard that without them I will have to much "blow bye" and that it will be hard on my seals and cause oil consumtion. I realy want a straight pipe but ????? Is it good or bad ??? For the long time period.

Crap. Cut it off and hammer on it. I've put over 300,000 miles on three of these trucks with straight pipes. My current truck has stacks also.

DD4x4,
What about my truck? ;D
Is that one too loud?

Of course I have a pretty hot box in there. It's much quieter if you don't have a fueling box on it. :

Chris

Did that same guy also tell you that Ford owns Cummins? : Cut em off. Leave it dumped. And enjoy the most beautiful sound you've ever heard in your life. ;D
